Bookings & Payments
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made before the travel date. Prices are quoted in GBP.
Cancellations
- Over 30 days before travel – deposit only retained.
- 14–29 days – 50% of total fare.
- Less than 14 days – full fare charged.
Delays & Changes
We’ll do our best to follow your itinerary but cannot guarantee exact timings due to traffic or weather. Additional waiting time or route changes may incur extra costs.
Conduct
No smoking, vaping, or unauthorised alcohol onboard. You’re responsible for passenger behaviour and any damage caused.
Liability
We’re insured and ensure safe, roadworthy vehicles. However, we’re not responsible for lost items or delays beyond our control.
Force Majeure
We may cancel or alter services due to events outside our control (e.g., weather, breakdown, strikes). Refunds will apply only for unused portions.

Your details are used only for booking and communication purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
